  • SipVoice is a Mobile App that allows you to make VoIP call using your mobile phone anytime and anywhere.
  • How can I download SipVoice to my Mobile Phone?
  • Sign up for a free account click on downloads menu to get it in your mobile phone.
  • How do I install the SipVoice?
    • Sign up for a free account.
    • You will receive a welcome email and once you verify your email, we will SMS you the account and password by Email or SMS
    • Click on DOWNLOAD and select the type of smartphone you are using. For Symbian and Windows user, you have to select the correct model for your smartphone.
    • Follow the instruction on the screen to complete the installation.
    • Go to Installation or application folder and you will see the application in your mobile handset.
    • Login to your account using the login username and password provided to you by our system.
    • Start the application and you can start making calls by dialing: Country code + Area Code + Phone Number.
  • Do I need to pay for SipVoice App?
  • NO. App is free.
  • Will SipVoice affect my existing contact list in my mobile?
  • NO. SipVoice works independently. It will not change or delete any of your existing contact list.
  • Can I save my international contact list?
  • Yes you can save the contact list in your phone book. If you need to use your contacts in your phonebook to make calls, please save in this format

  • Can I still keep my existing mobile number or do I need get an additional SIM card?
  • Yes, you can still keep your existing mobile number. All you need is the SipVoice to be in your mobile.
  • Do I need to sign a contract for the SipVoice?
  • NO. There is not contract needed to be sign. The software application is absolutely FREE.
  • How do I check for my balance?
  • Balance will be shown on the screen.
  • What would happen if my account balance is low?
  • If your account is low, you will not be able to make calls or receive calls. You need to top up in order to make calls or send SMS.
  • What are the mobile phones that support SipVoice?
  • At the moment we only support Nokia S60 3rd Edition, 5th Edition mobile set, Window Mobile Set, iPhone, Android and Blackberry. To check if your mobile phone is available, please visit http://75.126.6.148:90/md for Nokia (Symbian), Windows Mobile, Andriod and Blackberry models.
  • How can I check the call history?
  • You can log in to your account at our website and click on call detailed records on menu.
  • I hear very noisy background when I'm using your SipVoice. What can I do?
  • Noisy background maybe due to the internet network provided by the service provider. You can use our access number to make calls like a calling card dialing our Access Numbers.
